Convenient Location and Great Value
This place is only a short 25-minute drive from the airport, making it super convenient for travelers. It's also just 3 miles away from the Hunt Museum, so you can easily explore the area. Great value for the location! 😊

The food was excellent and service good, but it was a pity dinner was served in the bar which was was a bit dark and uninviting to dine in.
I requested a non smoking room but the room still had a lingering odour of smoke and had an ash tray on the table !

Staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, but basic (expected due to the price). Food in the on site pub was tasty and reasonably priced. We stayed for a rugby match at Thomand park, so it was handy having a coach available for transport to and from the game. Breakfast was included and was sufficient for our needs, nothing fantastic, but good.
No complaints. The hotel needs some TLC, but was sufficient for the price paid for the rooms.

The proximity to Thomond Park and the Park and Ride facility was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Everything about the hotel was tired and worn looking-the upholstery in the foyer, the carpets, the bed linen, towels etc. The outside was also in need of a facelift and the signage to Reception, Exit etc. were non-existent.
